The Exchange Cafe is a little different to most cafes being co located with the UK's largest pre owned bike business Cycle Exchange. The location is a showroom and workshop located in Kingston near Richmond Park. The shop is a fun and a vibrant place to work with great staff dynamics. We are passionate about good coffee and food.
Over the years we have built a solid reputation for delivering some of the most consistent and loved coffee in the Kingston area.
We are now looking to hire a Full-time barista . Start date immediately.
We are currently looking for a Barista/all rounder, 34 -42 hours a week full time. The right candidate must be able to work a weekend day. Experience in speciality coffee is essential.
The right candidate must have:
- A passion for fine tasting food, coffee and customer service.
-Must have some experience in hospitality or customer service.
-Must be well spoken and confident to give instructions to others.
-Be a clean and well organised individual
-Have an extremely good eye for small details
-Be willing to learn and develop.
-Have a friendly and enthusiastic personality
-Be fluent in English
-Have great communication skills and LOVE PEOPLE!
