Every bike we sell is fully serviced, professionally photographed, and honestly described. But if it's not quite right. the fit's off, the colour's not what you expected, or you just change your mind, that's okay.
Return it. No quibbles. No judgement.

Common Questions
Unfortunately, we can only accept returns on unridden bikes. A quick spin on a turbo trainer to check the fit is absolutely fine, but if the bike has been ridden outdoors, we can't offer a refund. We may be able to offer a trade-in instead, just ask.
It helps, but it's not essential. If you've disposed of the box, we can advise on the best way to package the bike safely for return.
Collection is typically £85 for UK mainland addresses, the same as our standard bike delivery. Alternatively, you can drop the bike back to our store for free.
Once we receive the bike and confirm it's in the same condition, we'll process your refund within 3-5 working days. It may take a few additional days to appear in your account depending on your bank.
Absolutely! If you'd prefer a different bike from our stock, we're happy to arrange an exchange. Just let us know what you're looking for and we'll sort it out.
Small components and accessories can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging. Wheelsets over £200 are covered by the same guarantee as bikes.
Returns for Cycle to Work purchases are handled slightly differently due to the scheme rules. Contact us and we'll walk you through the options.
This is different from a standard return. If your bike arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos. We'll sort it out, whether that's a repair, replacement, or refund.
