Our story began in the energy and excitement of the London 2012 Olympics. As avid triathletes and cyclists, we were captivated by the sport, but we couldn't ignore a glaring gap in the industry.
While the machinery was incredible, the secondary market was the Wild West. Buying a premium pre-owned bike felt like a gamble. We knew there had to be a better way.

We looked outside the industry for inspiration and found it in the luxury watch market. There, pre-owned didn't mean "used" it meant certified, trusted, and premium.
We asked a simple question: Why shouldn't cyclists have the same level of professionalism?
So, we applied those principles—Trust, Expertise, and Certification—to cycling. What started as an online concept and a small store near Richmond Park (the old 139 store!) quickly struck a chord with riders. We weren't just selling bikes; we were professionalizing the resale market.

As demand grew, so did we. Today, our operation is anchored by our Customer Experience and Refurbishment Centre in Kingston. This isn't just a workshop; it is the industry standard for circular economy logistics.
Here, our team of expert mechanics inspects, services, and certifies every single bike to a "Better Than New" standard. Whether it’s ex-demo stock from major manufacturers or a trade-in from a local rider, nothing leaves our centre without a full warranty and our seal of approval.
