When does the Black Friday sale start?
Our Black Friday deals go live on Monday 16 November and run until Tuesday 1 December, or until the bikes are gone.
How do I get early access?
Sign up to our emails using the form on this page. Subscribers can shop the deals from Friday 13 November, before they go live to everyone on Monday 16 November.
Are the Black Friday bikes second hand?
Yes. Every bike is second hand and has had our 100-point check and a full service in our Kingston workshop, the same as every bike we sell. Each one is one of a kind, so once it's sold, it's gone.
Do Black Friday bikes come with the same warranty and returns?
Yes. Black Friday bikes come with our 12 month warranty and 14-day returns, like every bike we sell.
Can I trade in my bike against a Black Friday deal?
Yes. Get a quote for your current bike and put its value towards your Black Friday bike. Get a trade in quote.
Can I use finance or Cycle to Work?
Yes. You can spread the cost with Klarna or Novuna finance on eligible bikes, and we accept most Cycle to Work schemes. Finance options and Cycle to Work.
Can I reserve a Black Friday bike?
Black Friday deals are first come, first served, so we can't hold bikes at the sale price.
Can I see a bike in store before I buy?
Yes. Our Kingston store is open Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm and Sunday 11am to 3pm. Tell us which bike and when you're coming, and we'll have it ready. Find the store.
How quickly will my bike arrive?
Boxed delivery takes 3 to 5 days, and premium hand delivery arrives built and ready to ride. Both are £99 for bikes, or collect free from our Kingston store. Delivery options.
What if the bike I want has sold?
Sign up to our emails and tell us the bike, size and budget you're after, and we'll let you know when a match comes in.
