Full Warranty

Every bike comes with a 12 month warranty covering production and mechanical faults not related to normal wear and tear. This includes frame defects arising from materials or workmanship.

Parts, Accessories & Wheels are covered under a 3 month warranty. Where a manufacturer warranty is still active, this replaces our own.

Exchange Back Guarantee

We guarantee a minimum 80% of the price you paid, minus 1% for every month of ownership up to 2 years. The credit can be used against anything we sell — new or used bikes, parts, or accessories.

Bike bought for £2,000, ridden for 6 months:
80% of £2,000 (£1,600) minus 6 × 1% of £2,000 (£120) = £1,480 trade-in credit
