Exchange Back Guarantee

We guarantee a minimum 80% of the price you paid, minus 1% for every month of ownership up to 2 years. The credit can be used against anything we sell: new or used bikes, parts, or accessories.

Example
Bike bought for £2,000, ridden for 6 months:
80% of £2,000 (£1,600) minus 6 × 1% of £2,000 (£120) = £1,480 exchange value

Adjustments may apply for cosmetic damage or worn parts. Does not apply to new or custom-order bikes. Full terms →
