Hand Delivery - No Packing Required
We're redefining what's possible when you order a bike online. That's why we've introduced the first ever hand delivery option for full bikes purchased online in the UK.

Simply select this option at checkout and our team of drivers will bring you your bike in person, answer any questions you have and help with setup.

Express Delivery
We take great pride in the packing process we have curated over the years, so you can feel safe in the knowledge your bike is well protected whilst in transit (and fully insured).

Bikes are packed so that they require only basic assembly by yourself. The front wheel is removed, handlebars removed from the stem and seatpost removed. This means that your bike can be unpacked, assembled and ready to ride in no time.

We use Royalmail and ParcelForce. We have a simple flat delivery cost as per below which includes insurance.

International Customers

International rates vary based on your location. An accurate price will be given at checkout including duties & taxes.

We offer excellent value for customers looking to shop from overseas.

Duties & Tax

You are able to shop in your own currency across our website. Once you start a checkout we will automatically calculate the customs duties and taxes for you. Giving you 100% clarity and peace of mind when shopping from a different country to the UK.

Shipping

We are excellent at packing our products up. Over the years we have worked hard to come up with a packing system that we can trust, so you can too. 

All packages are sent insured and with full tracking details. Individual shipping rates for your country will be shown at checkout.

We are unable to offer the buy back guarantee, as well as buy or part exchange products from our international customers that aren't UK based.

Finance and cycle to work schemes are not available to international customers.

Our 2 week return policy still stands from the point of delivery. If in the unlikely scenario that you are unhappy with your purchase then all return shipping costs incuding duties, fees and taxes must be paid by yourself.
