Instead of receiving a boxed bike that you’ll need to partially reassemble, your new bike is delivered fully built by a trained professional straight to your door. They’ll help with setup, make any necessary adjustments, and answer your questions - right there on the spot.
Whether you’re buying a bike from us or selling one to us, this white-glove service ensures a smooth, secure, and personal experience.
How It Works
Step 1
Choose your bike and select Hand-Delivered Service at checkout.
Step 2
We’ll contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date. We'll let you know an ETA the evening before too so no sitting around all day waiting for a delivery.
Step 3
A trained technician carefully checks your bike in-house and hands it over to our drivers.
Step 4
Your bike is delivered in person - ready to ride, adjusted for fit, and fully explained.
Selling A Bike To Us?
We offer the same premium service in reverse.
If you're selling us your bike, we’ll come to you, collect the bike in person, and answer any final questions.
