We need cycling lovers in our sales team as we continue to expand. Knowledge of one or more cycling disciplines is important but you don't need to have experience in the cycling industry or in a sales role - you just need passion.
Join the thriving team in our flagship store in Kingston and ecommerce facility in Esher.
You will be supporting online and instore customer sales via phone, chat, email, whatsapp and in person customer interaction.
The Kingston store is an amazing destination with a busy cafe, workshop and treasure trove of dream rides. You'll be predominantly based there. We have a wide array of products and brands available and our customers are looking for well informed advice. Our customers range from complete beginners to experienced athletes and in time you'll be giving sales advice across that spectrum.
The Role
Your day to day role is a bit different and more interesting than a usual sales role. As we buy pre-owned bikes and parts from many sources we have a huge array of different brands to work with spanning many model years. Our customers look for advice on suitability, geometry, spec and value for money. We part exchange too, so you will be involved in pricing their existing bikes for trade in. We also do builds and spec changes on the fly so you'll be working closely with our technicians on compatibility and costs. Please note this role includes weekends
