Specific Open Roles Right Now:
We are currently growing our E-Commerce team to meet increased demand and to support our European expansion plans over the coming years.
The roles will be based in the Kingston area but may be subject to change when we move to a new E-Commerce centre that is in planning. Whilst predominantly focussed on E-Commerce there will be crossover opportunities to customer support and instore sales.
Inspection and processing of incoming products.
Listing products for sale online across multiple channels and including some copywriting.
Management of orders.
Fulfillment processing including bike packing for shipment.
General knowledge of cycling product.
Computer literacy across multiple applications.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong written English.
Photography skills (can apply without).
Photoshop proficiency across full Adobe suite (can apply without).
We are on the hunt for new full time workshop mechanic to join our team in the new year. We are ideally looking for someone with experience with day to day bicycle workshop workflow, but also looking to develop their skills and learn from our very experienced team.
We operate in a unique environment, a newly purpose built workspace with everything set around being able to achieve class leading servicing and repairs for mid to high end bicycles. We would welcome a motivated and patient individual with a strong passion for bicycles, and the willing to ensure we continue to fulfil our excellent local reputation. We will provide further training and accreditations as necessary.
