We've experienced tremendous sales growth this year and are looking to expand our sales team. Broad and deep knowledge of cycling disciplines is key, we have a wide array of products and brands available and our customers are looking for well informed advice.

We are looking to add to our ever growing sales team in our flagship store in Kingston upon Thames. Join a thriving team who are striving to deliver the best customer service to likeminded customers.
  • Supporting online and instore sales.

  • Help customers find their perfect bike, advising on our available stock and suitability for customers needs.

  • Fielding customer emails, phone calls and other enquiries.

  • Managing stock arrival, readiness and listing.

  • Maintaining displays.

  • Passion for bikes and cycling, enthusiastic.

  • Organised, good communication and IT literate.

Hours include saturdays and days in the week.
Do you love bikes and/or cycling? Feel like you can write about it passionately? We currently have open roles in our content creation team. Any level of experience is welcome. Passion and enthusiasm for the cycling scene is essential. Hours flexible.
We are on the hunt for new full time workshop mechanic to join our team. We are ideally looking for someone with experience with day to day bicycle workshop workflow, but also looking to develop their skills and learn from our very experienced team.

We operate in a unique environment, a newly purpose built workspace with everything set around being able to achieve class leading servicing and repairs for mid to high end bicycles. As the leading reseller of premium bikes in the UK you will be exposed to a multitude of brands and models in a business like no other.

We would welcome a motivated and patient individual with a strong passion for bikes. We will provide further training and accreditations as necessary.

We are currently growing our E-Commerce team to meet increased demand and to support our expansion plans over the coming years. The roles will be based in Kingston. Whilst predominantly focussed on E-Commerce there will be crossover opportunities to customer support and instore sales.
  • Inspection and processing of incoming products.

  • Listing products for sale online across multiple channels and including some copywriting.

  • Management of orders.

  • Fulfillment processing including bike packing for shipment.

  • Photography.

Skills Required

  • General knowledge of cycling product.

  • Computer literacy across multiple applications.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Strong written English.

  • Photography skills (can apply without).

  • Photoshop proficiency across full Adobe suite (can apply without).
